We are currently waiting on I800A approval from USCIS. This is the official petition to bring an orphan into the USA. Our home study and application are there and our biometrics have already been taken. Now we are just waiting on them to process our request and hopefully approve it with no hiccups.
We also have two new forms that will be notarized and appostilled along with the I800A approval. Once we have these I will mail them all to our case worker and she will double check everything and ship our dossier off to the country. And then we wait some more.
