I am hesitant to ask simply because i fear sounding ignorant or say something offensive, but, my first question is...how do you even begin to find or choose a child or children once you know you are wanting to adopt? I get overwhelmed just thinking of all the orphans locally and globally...who do you help? Where? So hard to think about emotionally and mentally.
